NewMindStart provides hundreds of thousands of people with online longevity programs in English that help extend life, making it more joyful, happy, and healthy. Our primary client base is in Tier-1 countries, with a focus on English-speaking markets: the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe. The main growth driver is meticulously crafted advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), which remains a key promotion tool for the future.

Tasks to be performed:

- Launch TikTok ads from scratch. We are expecting relevant experience.

- Manage and optimise user acquisition campaigns through advertising on TikTok.

- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CAC (the most important for us) CVR, cost per click, CTR, and ROAS.

- Monitor and analyse campaign effectiveness to identify trends and propose improvement strategies.

- Achieve target metrics.

- Implement pixels on websites for data collection and conversion tracking.

- Collaborate with user-generated content (UGC) creators and create highly effective advertising videos.

What we expect from the candidate:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in media buying on TikTok.

- Successful experience with tier 1 markets.

- Deep understanding of the latest advertising trends and platform features.

- Knowledge of implementing pixels on websites for data collection and conversion tracking.

- Analytical mindset based on data, familiar with terms such as CPA, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.

- Experience working with monthly budgets of $50,000 and above.

- Ability to work with UGC creators and manage creative content, own network within freelancers is a great advantage.

- English language proficiency at least at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level.

Would be a plus:

- Experience in managing traffic on various platforms, including Facebook, Google Ads, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
